- Music: LET'S GO by WANG CHUNG (1987)
I know I haven't been posting as much as I should have been. I've been quite busy since the start of the week, just doing my best to do the tasks in my checklist that I had outlined in my previous post (my blog entry prior to this). I've always been free-spirited but not necessarily impulsive, and when I've got my heart set on something, I'd just pursue it relentlessly, strike while the iron is hot, and not necessarily spend so much time analyzing whether I should go for it or not, and how I should go about it.
At least, that's the kind of person I'd always been before, and it beats me how I've seemingly become somewhat cautious in the recent years. Like I said, I'm free-spirited and maybe that means I'm a non-conformist. So, finding myself strictly following a checklist and a time frame to do tasks sort of makes me feel somewhat constrained.
It hasn't really been so bad, anyway. Being constrained by a checklist/timeframe. Something good came out of it even if it did make me feel restrained or something. ROFL. But, then again, I've always been the type of person who'd thrive so well under pressure, and so, on hindsight, the checklist hasn't really been bad. It has done me some good. So, I really have no reason to complain.
I hope to post more in the coming days. In the meantime, let me enjoy listening to ABBA music. So, maybe that means I'm caught in a time warp or something, but I really can't help singing along to MAMMA MIA, SUPER TROUPER, ANGEL EYES, DANCING QUEEN, CHIQUITITA, and FERNANDO. Yep, it's already 2008 and I'm still enjoying the music of ABBA. Can't help myself.
By the way, I also dig (still) music from the '80s. Do I hear anyone saying, "Hey! Look what the '80s dragged in" ?

More later.
